Which guy are they referring to? Captain Michael Hilton whose real name is Miodrag Dokovich? Emad (aka, Edward) Angelino (with connections to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)? Mohammad Abdalla? Maziar Mafif, the attorney for APF? So far, these are the main players in APF. What little U.S. town wouldn't want Middle Easterners policing their streets and maintaining a state of the art prison to throw disruptive citizens in?

so - in light of their intentions to use land there for a “training school” - might this be what they hope will be an under-the-radar deal where they can set up a terror training camp in a sparsely populated area...?

It wouldn't be the first such training camp in the country... If this is their thinking, it would seem their cover is blown as to setting up quietly... then again, if it's a under-the-radar ops group by 'enemies domestic'...they would feel they have nothing to fear...for they are moving a lightning speed...

I'm thinking that the US Constitution would never have been ratified if your interpretation was true.

What it actually says is that the Constitution itself is supreme over federal and state laws.
