I am all for tort reform...However, NOBODY should be granted blanket immunity for bodily harm given the stakes.

You got that right. This isn't tort reform--it goes way beyond it.

This just sealed my decision not to get the vaccine. (I've never gotten a flu vaccine before and see no reason to start now, especially in light of this ridiculous decision.)
