The pieces are fitting together:
First, Hardin has a bankrupt jail that they want to open to house the terrorists.
KFBB The area is a depressed area and needs employment...but they defaulted on the $27 million used to build the jail.
Second, wondered why Obama picked Billings, Montana for his healthcare spiel. Hardin was nearby. He claimed it was to see the national parks but those are in the opposite direction. Now it makes sense. He was caught in a trap with EVERYONE saying Not-in-my-backyard to moving the terrorists to the states. Because of the NIMBY effect, this would have to be a really hush-hush move. He really needs a place that (1) HE controls; and (2) with HIS guards (NOT Federal guards or Military) in place.
Third, the American Police Force (APF) is headquartered out of California and is going to take over the $27 million default on the jail, but NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THE FINANCING WAS GOING TO COME FROM. For a "startup company" it sure has access to some big bucks. (Source:

Considering the Obama Chicago-style under-the-table methods, especially with so much federal money floating around untraceable, the money could easily be transferred. As the APF is in a "training" program -- there are umpteen ways under Americorps and the GIVE Act to put the money at their disposal.
The APF has said upfront it expects to lose money on the deal, but will make up for it by training people. What people are they training? Somebody needs to sniff out the CIVILIAN DEFENSE FORCE under the nomenclature of Americorps using the structure/manning granted under the GIVE ACT and the FEMA camps (er..."campuses") that are now being completed.
Fourth, the APF show up in Hardin with town police logos on their vehicles. This is the preparations for them taking over the town -- remember if you're going to move in terrorists from GITMO you have to control the town -- and keep reporters OUT!!! That they have no authority to takeover the town policing makes this suspicious. (Source:

Next we have the news tidbit that Obama is mulling over a location for the housing of terrorists in the states. It appeared as a throwaway piece, but caught my eye. This kind of piece is one of Obama's tells. His spin doctors throw these pieces out to give Obama credibility if questioned that he DID say what he was considering.
Sen Baucus of Montana is supposedly against this idea of putting terrorists in Montana, but he will also sell his soul to the devil if the price is right.
Put the pieces together and Obama has already selected Hardin for the relocation of terrorists in the US. The decision was made before July. He is about ready to spring the trap as soon as he gets his "guards" in place. These "guards" will also double as trainers for (1) the overseas interrogators he has moved under the White House under Intel czar Brennan; and (2) new recruits to man the Civilian Defense Force he envisions.
I THROW MY HYPOTHESIS OUT TO ANY REPORTER WHO WANTS TO DIG AROUND AND PROVE/DISPROVE IT. THE PIECES SEEM TO FIT...BUT AN INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER NEEDS TO SNIFF AT THIS.
One final thought. For months, I have worried about the Civilian Defense Force that Obama wanted to implement -- and there are threats that he would use the swine flu as an excuse. Exercises with state police nationwide have taken place to practice quarantine procedures. But I never seen any instance of a Civilian Defense Force appearing -- that is TILL NOW. My next question is how many other townships/villages/incorporated areas have contracts with AFP for police duties in their areas. As private police forces, this would be under the radar and not picked up by anyone. It is not even likely that affected townships would even put the pieces together as they would be contracting for their protection -- and never suspect the government subsidies to reduce their costs (under Obama's programs) were a hidden hook. Just throwing this out...
