McWHatshisname didn't want her on board. He wanted the MN guy. The GOP operatives, quite rightly, pushed Palin because they could see Bob Dole in the making and wanted to position her for a run in 2012. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE LET THE MEDIA SELECT OUR PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES.
