Then the stuff with the family/called off marriage, Todd’s sister with the breaking in, Tripp’s grandma with the drug thing, and now she left mid term when she was doing an excellent job.

There you go again, completely tone deaf to the reasoned arguments she and conservatives have made as to why she stepped down. Her family/personal issues HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HER DECISION, and people realize that if someone who was just a Senator for 2 working years can be President then so can Palin. And Palin has over 17 years of political experience. She is by no means a rookie.

I didn’t say she stepped down because of family reasons. She stated a number of things as her reasons, primarily the continuous attacks and charges brought against her. So if she stepped down because of those reasons, how is she going to deal with it as President? The attacks and lawsuits and charges will be neverending. Will she not be able to conduct the country’s business because she is busy defending herself? This is a legitimate question and one of the reasons its a distraction.
