They discussed affirmative action, Jesse says he is against affirmative action. As a result people think, if they see a black successful man, they think he's successful not because he's smart, but because of affirmative action. He said God help him if he gets sick, he would want non-affirmative action doctor.
So Jesse gave his side, then they debated it and at the end he gave closing remarks. He told them the liberals were actually insulting them by telling them they were dumb and couldn't make it on their own.
He said they talked about the diversity program where you have to have 5 blacks, 5 whites, 5 mexicans etc. When UCLA stopped the diversity program, there were fewer black students. Which Jesse said is good, because blacks will see they will have to work harder.
