The banking company "will not enter into any further agreements with ACORN or any of its affiliates," pending assessments of the organization's operations, the paper quoted a Bank of America spokesman as saying.

Sounds like weasel wording that will permit them to reinstate it without any fanfare or public notice once the furor dies down...

So basically no “new” agreements. All the ones in place still stand-AND this is only until they review ACORN. A review that people like Podesta will do.
