I don’t believe they had the brain power between them.What is was so complicated about renting a truck, filling it with fertilizer and fuel, parking it in front of a building and setting it off?
90% of the farmers in the country could do that, and except for the part about doing it in secret, they could have it done by noon tomorrow.
