Throughout last years presidential campaign, Barack Obama lambasted the Bush administration for fighting the wrong war in Iraq and ignoring the right one in Afghanistan. Iraq was a war of choice, Obama claimed, while Afghanistan was a war of necessity.
Repeatedly, he claimed that, if elected president, hed unveil a new stronger, smarter and comprehensive strategy.

He probably hasn’t even spent a fraction of the time meeting with miltary advisors as he has spent in front of TV cameras.
If only President Obama could forget about appearing on television so much and get down to the real business of being President of the United States of America. However, IMHO, “He”, the Administration and his Czars’ business or battle plans do not include a workable quality assurance process (not that the military doesn’t). The reason they don’t is because there are no tools which can be developed for the purpose of reliably measuring the quality, precision and accuracy of anything they’ll try to produce. They’ll throw the baby out with the bathwater and call it good. You’re supposed be “okay with it” but why, just “because”?
Ultimately? It's "BLAME THE DECK CHAIRS!"
