The baucus bill is just as bad an assault on liberty as the house bill is.

Americans lose their insurance.
Americans can't buy insurance elsewhere.
Americans refuse to join Obamacare.
Americans refuse to pay a fine for being uninsured.
IRS issues arrest warrants for uninsured Americans.
Federal Agents knock on the doors of uninsured Americans to arrest them...

nay No one will be held accountable for their vote, as no one will own up to having actually voted for this turkey.

They better be busy getting the doctors on board. Won’t do much good to give the folks Obamacare if doctors won’t take govt. insurance.

The saddest part of this was that by the Republican proposal (from the party of “Sustainable Socialism”), if 1,000,000 Americans are going to lose their insurance coverage under the new law, that’s OK. It’s only bad (according to Hatch) if 1,000,001 or more lose their coverage.
I hate to say it, but the Republicans are almost as bad as the Democrats on this. They are the party of “Let’s make sure it isn’t excessively bad. We can agree to something that is only a little bad.”
