Coincidentally, the Ellis County Sheriff's Department said Smadi was arrested on Sept. 11 because he had no driver's license or insurance.

Once again, a local jurisdiction let's go an illegal alien criminal, it just so happens this one was a would be terrorist.

I guess the term illegal alien criminal is a little redundant, isn't it?
