Freedom without personal responsibility is liberalism which given time becomes servitude.

Liberalism has nothing to do whatsoever with freedom, in fact it is the opposite of freedom.
What everyone else said: it’s about liberty, beside, it’s uconstitutional (mandates), I’d soon rather..than pay their unconstitutional liberty grabbing tax!
If you are so worried about me being a “deadbeat” don’t, I would rather pay my debt (whether it takes 100 years) than to make YOU pay it!
