It reads:

...if there is a willful failure to file, pay, maintain appropriate records and the like that the taxpayer may be charged with a misdemeanor with a penalty of up to $25,000 and not more than one year in jail.

then he adds a sort of post script:

Felony tax evasion provides for restitution and a fine of up to $100,000 for an individual and up to five years in jail.

The fines and jail BS is just a prerequisite to asset seizure. What? Cannot pay up? Say goodbye to your house, car, boat, land, CDs, bank accounts, etc. If the IRS is involved, you know darn well how that game is going to be played.

What are they going to with all those homeless people. Some live under bridges, in tunnels, and in tent cities. I guess jail will be an improvement.
