I believe President Bush Sr. was the first president I remember discussing the fact that we were moving toward a new world order.

This is just an expansion of the number of nations involved, which is good as far as I'm concerned.

I believe in the old saying that "too many cooks spoil the broth."

My personal take on that is that the number of decisions made is inversely proportional to the number of people making the decisions.

I expect this to be nearly as chaotic as the UN.
