Specifically the 'non-binding resolution' part.

It was binding on the Senate. You know the Senate -- that same body that votes to accept or reject the electoral votes of "natural born citizens" and should thus know what one is or isn't???

He does have a House resolution saying he was born in Hawaii. HR 593. Why doesn't that convince you?

It doesn't say that he is a natural born citizen, does it??? That sure is telling, isn't it???

It was binding on the Senate.

In what way?

It doesn't say that he is a natural born citizen, does it??? That sure is telling, isn't it???

It says he was born in Hawaii. One goes with the other.
