Ray Mabus is an idiot. He was an idiot when he was the Governor and an idiot when it came to common sense. I have a letter from him that says a lot of nothing when I asked him how he personally felt about the state flag. He would not stand on the issue and said that he had more important things to address...he lost because of this issue.
