The problem is, they would take it over in 2019 or 2029 just as well as 2009.

If the Noble Plan for Afghanistan had been implemented in November 2001, we would not have this problem.

The Taliban will retake the country, and then Al Queda will return and reconstitute their terrorist training bases. Attacks against the U.S. and our allies will resurface. The problem though will be that the U.S. under Obozo will no longer take the fight to these cretins and our Republic will be lost.
