I think his silly assertion that John McCain would have been a worse president than Barack Obama was so damn dumb. I didn't take it that way at all...I think his point was that people would have continued to slumber under a McCain presidency while the 'agenda' marched forward; whereas Obama 'woke people up'.

I stand by my assertion it was a dumb thing to say to Katie Couric.
Maybe he had his reasons, perhaps valid reasons even, but Katie Couric and her ilk had a grand ole time with it.
I do not want to argue about it....I truly think Beck is sorry he said it in that venue.
But everyone’s mileage does, as always, vary. This is a Beck thread. I made a comment about Beck. I am not a troll, I am here every day.
I love the guy...truly.
