Just you watch. He uses language like this, and next thing you know, the Palestinians will be ramping up attacks on these ‘illegitimate’ settlements. And they’ll use Obama’s statement to the international audience as cover. And the media won’t blink an eye.
“America does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements.”
Speak for yourself, bub. Most Americans do accept that legitimacy.
(Besides, the judge has already ruled in that land dispute,
and Jacob’s descendants get the title.)
I’m sure Obama will have no problem recognizing the legitimacy of the rockets that will rein down on innocent Israelis.
Israel should announce that they have totaled up all the rockets shot at them since 1967 and for each one they are claiming one square mile of disputed territory as theirs for “reparations.” Each new rocket sent their way will be another square mile permanently lost, never to be negotiated back.
BINGO.
These are the same clowns who argue that people such as Rush and Hannity "incite" violence by discussing ideas with their peers (fellow Americans) in the public square of talk radio.
Yet this man with the full authority and mantle of the President of the United States steps up to the podium in a world body and does actually incite violence against Israel.
