I about choked when I read that $22 million figure, the view from the island alone is worth more than that.

TI is a beautiful place and this picture doesn’t do it justice.

I remember going through it after Willie Brown set the SF mayoral office there and was blown away by the views and the beauty. It’s no Angel Island, but it is spectacular.
