La Lydia, you do sound fringe. I would give you the kind of credibility in a debate that a liberal would get calling W. a Nazi. The camps worked in WWII right? I mean, let’s round up AMERICAN CITIZENS. Using the All Muslims = Bad logic is the same as the logic used to ban guns. Let’s ban them all! Sure we might take away the good guns, but we will get all of the bad ones too, right? Wouldn’t it work out perfect like that? No, it wouldn’t, just as the criminals would keep theirs, and sheepish law biding citizens would turn theirs in, the Muslims here to do harm would still be under the radar. Now Publius, when this place becomes so exclusive that I can’t share my 10 year junior registration date opinion, please bring it up then. At this point, it’s irrelevant, and an easy way to back out of an honest discussion. The media paints us as nutcases, do we really need to hand them the brushes? I didn’t say anything about rounding up anyone, did I? I said they should leave the country and be banned from re-entering until they quit trying to kill us, and yes, the ones who have somehow become citizens, such as the father of Zazi, should leave too. If they are helping to plot the murder of innocents, or if they are tolerant of the fact that others of their “faith” are plotting our murder, they have betrayed their Oath of Citizenship. And as to banning guns, that says more about your point of view than mine. Guns do not plot and form terrorist cells. Guns don’t fly airplanes into buildings and blow up buses. Your logic is flawed. You must live somewhere that the threat of another attack isn’t on your daily radar. And Publius has been around for ages. You are entitled to your opinion, and we are entitled to ours.
