In his Sept. 9 address to Congress on health care, President Obama assured the nation, "These are the facts. Nobody disputes them." The brazenness of the president's claim that nobody disputes his policy spin is over the top. Such a hardened position means that anybody raising objections against such a consensus is either a liar or an idiot.
Ironically, with all the outrage over South Carolina Republican Rep. Joe Wilson's yelling "You lie" during the president's speech, there has been precious little said about Mr. Obama constantly claiming that Republicans are lying. The president pointedly went after former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and her assertions about rationing when he fumed to Congress, "It is a lie, plain and simple." Despite all the theatrics, his statement is false. The Democratic bills before Congress do involve rationing.
In fact, we have a hard time even finding almost anything in the president's talk that is correct. . . . [click link to see long list of false statements]

I believe that anything 0bama says is true is in fact false.
Does that not depend on the meaning of FALSE?
Beautiful! Saving that pic.
False is the new True don’t cha know? Up is down and liberal is now conservative.
The world has lost its mind!
What? We’re talking about manmade global warming now?

Ditto.

I tended bar for a few years and even with that small experience slinging drinks for everything from judges to get away drivers even I can spot a lying dirtbag such as he is in seconds.
Personally, I liked the drivers better than the judges and they tipped better too.
Brilliant paragraph sums up the Liar in Chief from NRO:
“I have my running observation about his statements’ expiration dates, but I suspect that in Obama’s mind, there are always unspoken caveats and exceptions that are crystal-clear to him, so clear that he doesn’t have to mention them.”

It is so obvious that this man only says what is politically convenient for him at the moment, and that truth or conviction don’t drive in any way what he says.
Or what anybody else says either.
From the seat belt laws, to the Evironmental Acts, to the Endangered species Act to the American with Disabilities Act, if there had been a vigorous and honest debate not about what the proponents said, but the way they were implemented and abused --- they woulld all have been rejected.
Congress proposes, but the nutcases and the courts (but I repeat myself) disposes.
