I think reports of the call or conversation came out a few weeks ago, but the actual audio from the "meeting" hadn't been released, IIRC.
Must've been leaked some weeks ago. I heard it too on one of the radio talk shows.

Looks like he is releasing the full tapes so no one can complain things were out of context. He used a similar tactic with ACORN. Release a small part, let people claim it was an isolated incident, then come back with more.
