Not so long ago, here in the US, these boys would find themselves in reform school so fast their heads would spin. I suspect the same is true in Aussie.
Public Schools in general are sexualizing children FAR too young. and THAT in the main cause. This behavior is not normal, no matter where it happens.
That’s the root cause that has gone unchecked, turning a blind eye.
Strangely, one part of the sexualizing curriculum is teaching school kids how to put on condoms on bananas, used as fake phalluses. Planned Parenthood (Murderhood) recommended this ‘birth control strategy’, and look at the results...
