That leaves three states that allow "gay marriage." That is enough for the federal judiciary to impose "gay marriage" on the rest of the states.

What homosexuals do in Massachusetts is of no interest to me. If they move to Kansas and call themselves married then it's no skin off my nose. If they try to file their income taxes as married then they'll have problems.

Like you, I have no interest in the domestic arrangements of homosexuals. I am inclined to live and let live. However, that would be a mistake

It appears to me that the push for "gay marriage" is just one step in a larger, more threatening agenda. Once they can be married, homosexual activists will insist that all institutions in society—private as well as public—recognize their unions. Those who refuse to do so will be labeled as bigots and haters.

Sooner or later, the civil rights machinery of the state and federal government will be brought to bear against churches and private individuals who "discriminate" against homosexuals.

That is not an outcome I want to see.
