A few? Twenty nine states have constitutional bans on gay marriage and another 18 have laws against it.

That leaves three states that allow "gay marriage." That is enough for the federal judiciary to impose "gay marriage" on the rest of the states.

Right. Like I said, “EXCEPT for a few deep blue states.” All the rest ban it.
