Odinga's idea of "Democratic Transition" and "Transfer of Power" consists of sending guys like those below to burn, loot, and pillage, when you lose an election, and not recalling them until you at least get a new office created just for you and not mentioned in the Constitution. (Sort of like Czar, only even more powerful).
