That moron Bob Herbert seems to forget that the Ku Klux Klan was the creation of Democrats, that segregationist Governors Wallace, Maddox, and Faubus were ALL Democrats, and even Bull Connor of Birmingham Alabama (infamous for turning fire hoses and attack dogs on civil rights protesters) was (yep, you guessed it) a DEMOCRAT. And shall we forget the ‘Rat Party’s very own Klansman, Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia?

The Democrat Party has ALWAYS been the Party of racial exploitation, racism and social division.

There is a reason that the Reverend Martin Luther King sought out the EISENHOWER Administration for help in securing the civil rights of black Americans, and it was only with the assistance of REPUBLICAN Senators that the civil rights act was passed under the Johnson Administration.

But in this Orwellian world that the likes of Bob Herbert inhabits, it wasn’t a Republican President that freed the slaves at the end of the War Between the States, it was (unquestionably) Barack 0bama’s Great Great Great Grandfather, right Bob?

To characterize criticism of Obama’s policies as racist is a rather vile, evil and insidious manifestation of racism: It makes race more important than the debate over the merits of policy, it assumes that the President is inferior to any of his predecessors (since he requires special protection that they did not,) and it assumes that criticism is insincere based solely on the color of the critic’s skin.
