It was just a short dream, but I felt it significant at the time and I had never had nor have I had a dream since that I thought might be prophetic. In my dream, I was walking along a street of what appeared to be an Amusement park. The dream was in full color and beyond this dream I don't ever recall having noticed dreaming in color or black and white. But, I felt like it was an amusement park but also knew it was at or near a ball park. Anyway, I was walking and saw some people carrying away old-fashioned colorful signs with carved figures on them. The only one I remembered by name was one that was "The Avenue of the Americas". And then, in my dream I remember being sad because "The Avenue of the Americas was no more." Then I woke up. After the dream, I got online to see if there were any ball parks on the Avenue of the Americas in New York City and didn't see anything that looked even close. So, I decided to see where the ball parks were located in NY. I looked up where the Yankees play nothing even close. Then I looked up the Mets. To my shock I found that Shea Stadium and their new stadium are located right outside of Flushing Meadows Corona Park. That park was the site of the 1939 and 1964 world's fairs. It was also where the United Nations was located in 1948 when they were voting on Israel becoming a nation again. And - in the middle of a park there is a globe with several streets leading directly up to it kinda in a fan shape. One of those streets is called "Avenue of the Americas." I was never able to shake this dream and I know it doesn't say a whole lot - but I instinctively felt it was like God was communicating something of great consequence concerning our country.
