Politico notes that a threatened suit by ACORN against O'Keefe and Giles would be a major mistake for the organization. Threatened criminal charges against them are being threatened by the ACORN workers involved:

A lawsuit? Even ACORN’s lawyers probably studied something called discovery in law school. I suspect that ACORN is already shopping for some industrial-strength paper shredders just to prep for the congressional inquiries...but this would take it to a whole new level. SWEET...

I doubt that ACORN could withstand a court case, it might be the best thing that could happen for the rest of us to see ACORN under the microscope of a court case. There could be some very interesting items flow from such action.

Bertha The Hutt is all motor and no drive. Now that they know more videos are coming, and the vids are going to make them eat their own words, already, they are awaiting the next blow like a slow-mo Tyson fight.

Yup. Obama knows what discovery is.

By this point they have doubtless called all their offices together and tried to find out who met with these expose’ artists so they can do damage control up front.

Now that they know more videos are coming,

Congress is also afraid of what else may come out. That's why so many voted for defunding. They're scared to death to defend this bunch.

BTW, I hear there are 27 more vids/stings waiting for release./rumor

It is so much fun to turn the lights on and watch the roaches run. I am not talking about ACORN. I am talking about the Dems in Congress that have enjoyed the benefits that ACORN has provided to them at taxpayer expense for the last three decades.

The “Discovery Phase” of this lawsuit will unravel ACORN in Baltimore nearly as well as an AUDIT!

“Bring it on, you Zer0bots.”

Read an interview with Brietbart in which he said something to the effect of the order, frequency and content of these video releases was well thought out and planned, and that so far, ACORN had fallen into the trap each release provided.

I expect that this was planned for, and that the big end of the hammer hasn’t dropped yet.

The man is an American Hero.

Nope, not yet. Breitbart was on Savage's radio show today. He said he had something big coming next week "out of left field". Savage asked him if it was more on ACORN.

"I didn't say that."

I'm not sure anyone would voluntarily admit to being taken in. If true, then ACORN would still remain in the dark.

I have to chuckle thinking about what is going through the minds of those ACORN members who were taped, but are yet to be revealed. I wish I could have been there for the "Oh s**t!" moment when they saw the first tape.

There's no forgetting that chinchilla wrap, LOL!!

"Congress is also afraid of what else may come out. That's why so many voted for defunding. They're scared to death to defend this bunch."

Yep. Have we ever had such an overwhelmingly bipartisan vote out of both the house and the senate, in such short measure before? I'm thinking both the republicans and democrats are scared to death if the general public every really learns just how much of our tax money is funneled to all their corrupt cronies such as acorn.
