I am trying to check Orly’s site, but it’s giving me a “SITE NOT FOUND error message (?)
Since I place the most credibility on you two members, did Sinclair’s letter get debunked ? and is this Rhodes complaint a hoax also...or is it too early to tell ?
I cannot imagine Orly filing an appeal without clearing it with her client, so a hoax wouldn’t surprise me.

I don’t believe any of this stuff about Orly. I’ll wait for Orly to address it and our day in court. The rest is all speculation,

I think it's quite possible that Orly filed an appeal under the permission she felt her client (Capt Rhodes) had previously authorized. It certainly wouldn’t be the FIRST time that there was a miscommunication between an attorney and a client. BUT ... notice the HUSH on this thread from the TROLLs at the possibility of this letter being a hoax. It's actually quite telling. The fact is there are things that happen in the courtrooms and sidebars that we are not privy too. The TROLLs are just trying to discourage and marginalize us, just as they tried to do to Glenn Beck regarding Van Jones. We know how that ended – Glenn’s tenacity made Van Jones resign, placed the Obama administration on DEFENSE, and has changed events in Washington! Orly's just as tenacious, and that's what concerns the Left, otherwise they wouldn't even waste their time commenting on Orly's cases. Does Orly go off on a diatribe? Hell yes, and I know she has with Judge Land and Judge Carter! She's very passionate about this – like many of us who have been following the eligibility cases. Any diatribe Orly spouts does not vindicate Judge Land's diatribe and editorializing in his orders. The TROLLs that come onto FR and trash Orly ... pretending like they know what's going on behind the scenes ... and try to convince us all that Orly's "incompetence" SOMEHOW makes the ENTIRE eligibility issue irrelevant. That's CRAP – the TROLLs don’t KNOW what's going on. The TROLLs are paid to try to marginalize and obfuscate here on FR, just as they try to do on Youtube, Yahoo and other portals on a daily basis. Don't argue with idiots. The judges are dismissing eligibility cases due to flawed interpretations of existing law, much of those talking points offered by the Justice Dept – “standing” of other cases, Congressional actions, etc. I read Judge Land’s denial and sanction. His unprofessional editorializing aside – the judge is correct on a few points fed to him by the US attorneys, but WAY off on the majority of the rest. It's a shame Orly hasn't ripped them apart, but she also has a lot on her plate and the radical Left working against her! Regardless – I know what I've researched and what I've seen – and I’m steadfast on my position. Any SCREW UPS that Orly, Berg, Kreep, etc. may perpetrate – procedurally or otherwise – will NOT change MY mind about Obama’s eligibility! Because of: 1) the events surrounding his mother and probably locations of Obama Jr’s birth (the Orly defense), and; 2) the fact his father was a British subject (the Donofrio defense) – Obama’s eligibility as a Natural Born Citizen is HIGHLY questionable at best. BOTH defenses likely disqualify Obama – but REALLY, only ONE would be “necessary” to disqualify Obama from being eligible to be president. Orly is incredulous, as are many of us, that others DO NOT SEE how EASILY the "system" is being manipulated by the HUCKSTER with a LAW DEGREE named Barack Obama. I can’t reiterate how easy it would be by someone who wanted to do so - who has no remorse about the laws they break or the people they place in harm’s way. That particular portion of Obama's brain dealing with remorse - has been "turned" off - probably at birth. Notice how EASILY Obama stares RIGHT into the camera and lies to the American people without the slightest non-verbal flinch. I’ve helped prosecute anti-social sociopaths like Obama – they are highly manipulative and highly convincing – and quite frankly, are incapable of stopping themselves even if they wanted to. They number about 1 in 20 of the population, but few are as "convincing" as Obama - he would have made a good Enron executive. Only seven percent of white collar crime is ever reported, because most victims are still loyal, even after they have been cheated, or too embarrassed to admit they were "taken". Sound familiar? Obama is a charismatic snake in a suit, taking advantage of anyone who is willing to believe his lies. In fact, the only difference between Obama and Jim “Guyana Punch” Jones is what they are selling – religion vs socialism. But in the end the motivation is the same – controlling a mass of vulnerable people for their own nefarious benefit. I'll sum it up this way: If Obama's going to lie to you about Health Care, Cap & Trade, Stimulus spending, unemployment, the state of the economy, his ACORN involvement, etc – why in the hell does anyone trust that Obama wouldn't lie about his place of birth if that was a problem for him?! Trust, BUT VERIFY – is it REALLY that hard to ask? |
