"Why is it that “FREEPERS” decline to castigate the OThuga cohorts and fellow travelers as much as they do patriotic Orly???. . . unless most are trolls."

Have you ever heard of the phrase, "No true Scotsman?" You should familiarize yourself with it.

If David Axelrod and Rahm Emmanuel could conjure up a foil for Barack Obama, it would look, sound and act EXACTLY like Orly Taitz. While Taitz, and her band are Merry Men, are busy tilting at windmills, other serious and earnest conservatives are fighting a war against oppressive government, confiscatory taxes and the erosion of civil liberties.

I personally find Taitz to be an idiot, an embarrassment to my profession and a clownish figure - in the extreme - that does nothing but empower and embolden liberal progressives to paint all conservative-minded people as ones that are out of touch with reality to the point of possible paranoid delusion and schizophrenia. No thanks! I'll look for my conservative heroes someplace else, cut from a much more rational and effective cloth.

For someone who is looking for heroes, you certainly spend hours and hours a day on FR doing nothing but sneering at Orly.

You’re a smart lawyer as you have proclaimed, why don’t you start a suit? Or help one of the other lawyers fighting this issue? Where are these other heroes you’re looking for, btw? Find any?

I think I know the reason.

Somehow I had the impression you felt that way.

Thankfully, God has used ‘fools’ to stand up courageously for Him and for right throughout history.

I personally think that the PTB won’t allow her much effectiveness unless and until they are ready to trash him anyway for their own reasons.

However, I cheer her on. At least she’s causing folks to think who otherwise wouldn’t.

And, if you think she or your efforts and the efforts of those more in sympathy with you are going to return us to

Mayberry, Father Knows Best and Roy Rogers . . . are more foolish than Orly is.

The USA as we have known it . . . as the Founders envisioned it . . . as God has long blessed it . . . is no more and will be disciplined to it’s foundations. I’m not even sure how much of the foundation will remain. I do know it will not rise again in it’s present form.

Whatever remains to rise again will rise again only in the form Christ Jesus dictates for it . . . after Armageddon.

If the letter from Cpt Rhodes is accurate, she is on her way to Iraq. She said she inquired at one point to see if her orders were indeed legal. I assume her decision to deploy reflects that she found out that her orders were legal. I think she discovered the correct answer.

In my army, though, it wouldn’t have mattered. Whether the orders were legal or not, she has an obligation to her troops in the field.

You don’t leave them stranded on the battlefield whether you’re a gunner, a transporter, an aviator,...or a DOCTOR. Their lives are more secure with a full team on hand.
