You apparently missed the entire point of demonstrators chanting Down with Russia instead of Down with Israel. I would think it’s pretty simple to understand.

The Russians are the ones keeping the Iranian regime in power.
Right, because those are the protests that the government DOESN’T hunt down and beat. There would be more in the non-anti-Israel protest if the regime didn’t forbid it.
You might want to read what Islam has to say about Jews. You might also want to realize that the Iranian protests are are about their rights in Iran.
When Iran stops supporting Hezbollah and stop threatening Israel, please let me know. Wishful thinking means nothing.
Islam is rapidly advancing across the West and what happens in Iran will not change that. “Moderate” Islam is not coming to the rescue.
