I did not know ACORN funding was in the Constitution.
As a matter of fact I don’t think the Constitution makes it okay to take peoples’ tax dollars and give it to other people.

This obese slug wouldn’t have any idea what is Constitutional.
Cutting off a criminal enterprise is the intelligent thing to do.

Bull Crap. Companies are banned from Federal contracts every day. No difference here.

Well said. But isn’t cutting off ACORN funding racist???

It’s amazing that they hide behind the Constitution while destroying it.

A bill of attainder is an act of the legislature declaring a person or group of persons guilty of some crime and punishing them without benefit of a trial.
Congress is NOT declaring anyone a CRIMINAL, they are cutting off funds to a GROUP.
Damn...
Talk about REACHING.
You can expect more of the Dems who have NO HOPE of getting reelected without ACORn to start whining soon.

It would really help if our elected officials knew what was in the Constitution.

Did Jabba the Congressman cite a particular article and section of the Constitution, or did he just pull this assertion out of his ample rear end?

Alright Jerry, we'll give you the point. Let's rename it the “Defund all Community Organization/Union Criminal Enterprises Act”. We appreciate the heads up on casting a wider net on the rampant corruption going on. Thanks again for the advice.
