Agenda? It's a matter of the Constitution and yet you want to summarily dismiss it as merely trivial! The Constitution is as real as it gets.

I know very well it’s the Constitution, but just because someone does not pursue this particular avenue of attack, limited as it is unfortunately, does not mean we throw them under the bus like the left.
Beck has done more of “the cause” in the last 6 mos than anyone else I can think of. Do I agree with everything the man says, of course not, but lets not go after someone who is winning one battle just because he will not join ours.
