Were the proposed systems intended to defend Poland and the Czech Republic from Russia? Seems to me they were being billed as defense against “rogue states” (read Iran) for the USA. Russia threw a big sh*t fit about them, but the truth was they were too small to do more than slightly reduce the amount of bouncing rubble from a Russian attack.

I have no idea whether Czech or Polish folks read or can translate FR, but to them, I am so sincerely sorry for the behavior of the punk POTUS, who is so naive, and is so blind to history that he has no understanding of what these two people went through during the USSR invasions.
