They need numbers of people behind them. The state of California should say to heck with the Feds.
Arnold could stay in office for the next 60 years if he went down and personally opened the water gates.

I doubt Arnold will do anything so couragous. JMHO. But these farmers already have the numbers behind and with them. They are a far, far larger population of individuals than the 1500 farming families in the Klamath Basin. They could organize and have thousands on hand.

I watched Hannity Thursday night and have been following this story for many months.

Why can’t Arnold envoke the 10th Amendment and order the water to be turned on to support the reported 38 million people affected?

It would be interesting to see how that bogus EPA bunch responds, as well as Obama’s reaction.

It’s time for We The People to stand up for our rights against Big Brother’s incursions!

I guess they want to use the water to fight the wild fires. The damn state burns to the ground at least one or two times every year. I can’t wait till it falls into the ocean.
