When the officer “cleared” Mayor White's teen-aged daughter (who was out after curfew) of all charges INCLUDING DUI by changing his testimony on the stand (with “no” pressure from the mayor's office), he embellished either in the report or committed perjury.
This is the city of Houston.
Nobody is disagrees that some cops lie or embelish their reports, but not every cop is a crook.
However, you can’t claim that all of the people accused of committing the crimes don’t lie because most often they do too.
You must have been arrested or fined for doing something wrong and you must have a deep grudge against cops because your arguments don’t make sense.
You don’t know that the cops did anything wrong in this instance. You don’t know that they didn’t. However, you are assuming, just because they are cops, that they are lying the the protester is completely innocent.
