There is a double standard at play.
Your photos from “another town” don’t mean much since the laws that deal with signage ordinances are per city. One city may allow them, but the city next door may not. Neither of the photos or locations you have provided are from the same town (Kingswood) that this incident occurred so your argument is mute.
