What, exactly, are they suppose to prove by doing this? What good is it going to do for ACORN to investigate the Alinski cult?

We've seen this one before. When CBS was under fire for having launched the laughably unvetted "Texas Air National Guard Memo" October Surprise in '04, CBS simply launched an "independent" investigation for the purpose of "finding" that that partisan hit job was "not politically motivated." Snort!
What is there about ACORN that we should believe that they are CAPABLE of conducting an independent investigation?
Tell them NOT TO BOTHER, State AG’s will do it for them. That way they can SAVE $$ for VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVES!!
