Police: Mom Stabs 2 Young Daughters at Calif. Home

WESTMINSTER, Calif. (AP) -- A woman who allegedly stabbed herself and her two young daughters with a knife called 911 to get help and report the crime Wednesday morning, according to an audio recording of the call.
''Hi, I just stabbed my daughters and myself,'' she breathlessly told the emergency operator on the audio recording. ''It's all bloody.''
Police found the unconscious 5-year-old stabbed in the chest at a Westminster home. Officials say they found her mother, Thuy Le, in another room, clutching her younger daughter, both covered in blood.
When the operator asked her why she sounded so calm, Le seemed to snap out of a daze.
''What? Oh my God, are you coming?'' she responded and hung up the phone.
The operator called back to get more information, and heard a child screaming and people speaking Vietnamese in the background. Finally, Le's cousin, Toan Pham, picked up the phone and told her that Le put the knife in the kitchen sink and police had arrived.
A 5-year-old girl was in a medically induced coma Wednesday evening. Officer Van Woodson said the girl, who was initially on life support, has a slim chance of survival. Le, 38, and the other girl were hospitalized in stable condition with multiple slash wounds.
Woodson said police do not have a motive.
Le and her daughters were staying overnight with her cousin Pham, 51, who woke up to the sound of children screaming and found the girls and their mother covered in blood Wednesday morning.
Pham told the Los Angeles Times that Le used a knife from his kitchen to stab the girls.

C’mon, you can’t blame Obama for this even in jest. The woman is nuts. Sad.

As though she were on drugs, or more mysteriously under a demonic spell.
She could very well have been possessed. I’m not saying she isn’t responsible, or shouldn’t be held responsible, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she was demon possessed at the time.
I’m with you. Only madness or pure evil could motivate such horrors.
Over the years, most of the atheists I have known have stopped believing in God because He allows such things to happen to innocent children. I must confess that while I myself still believe, I understand the anger they feel.
