Each state has it's own rules and laws when it comes to forming a militia. The RAT party in office to today would make you thing the militia is evil but the militia is really the only thing we have going for us in order to get rid of the corruption in our government. We were warned about the evils that can take place and that why they set rules for a militia but our government would turn on anyone that would go after them because it's been drummed into the heads of American that a militia is evil.
The constitution calls for the corruption to be removed, they must call for their party members to step down or resign but only the Republican party does that. The Liberal,communist RAT party doesn't call for the removal of the criminals in office, instead they elect judges,and chair persons that can protect the criminals in office.
The RATS must call for Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Charlie Rangle, Waters, Schumer, along with a few others. These people MUST BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE NOW, IT SHOULD have happened years ago.
According to the Constitution, JUST HOW LIGAL IS OUR SENATE OR OUR HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. POLOSSI AND RIED ALONG WITH THEIR FELLOW RAT PARTY ARE ILLEGALLY HOLDING UNTO THEIR SEATS. THE CORRUPTION MUST BE REMOVED FROM OUR GOVERNMENT. Any BILL THEY PASS IS NOT LEGAL. They low life Judge they just approved is not binding. The American people should DEMAND that no Supreme Judge or Senator can be sworn into office because they are not legally holding on to those seats.
Acorn played a big part in getting these RATS into office and that's why the bozo in the White House is paying them billions of dollars.
What's happening today is the makings of the Republican party. They KNEW that Election Fraud was out of control when the Clintons were running and they REFUSED to go after Clinton, they refused to challenge the election, they were all running scared. Many people were beaten up, became victims of the IRS or they were killed, MURDERED and they all got away with it.
Look at the Impeachment trial for Clinton, that was the JOKE of the Century. Clinton should have been removed from office and tried for TREASON along with many other crimes he,Hitlary and his RAT party were guilty of. What happened behind closed doors, the Republican party had the VETO POWER and for some strange reason Trent Lott turned the veto power over to the low life SCUM Daschel. Why? and just how could that happen with out some dirty deal or blackmail to take place.
Judge Rehnquist,can't remember the correct spelling of his name, this Judge knew ABSOLUTLELY NOTHING ABOUT CONSTITUTION LAW. I called that gavel than, a bloody gavel that could cost us our lives one day. Now we have the BOZO’s in office along with the SAME scum that was part of the Clinton administration, Clinton would have done much of what the bozo is doing but couldn't because he had a REPUBLICAN party in power at the time, and they stop him short more than once. Clinton and Rubin and Greenspan would have bankrupted this country years ago and they wanted to, they couldn't get their hands on the money, they wanted to take over the Social Security fund and couldn't. Clinton and Russia and the dirty deals there, the space station, just like the bozo is doing now. That Golden GAVEL that didn't put Clinton and the rest of the RATS were the belonged may be dripping with the blood of millions of Americans it this bozo and the communist liberal rats are not stopped. NO lawyer or Judge or government committee is going to convict or remove any of them.
The CZARS WILL REPLACE THE SO CALLED ELECTED OFFICIALS and just WHO, yes WHO is going to stop them, only a militia that is formed by the rules and laws of each state, a militia that is intended for the good of all Americans.
They don't want us to have guns, WHY? because every American has the right to bare ARMS and protect and save this country and the American people, we must fight for our freedom and we must never allow the evil forces of a DICTATER to replace our Constitution or our bill of Rights.
