Cass Sunstein wants to spread America's wealth
WorldNetDaily ^ | SEPTEMBER 16, 2009 | Aaron Klein

JERUSALEM – It is "desirable" to redistribute America's wealth to poorer nations, argued President Obama's newly confirmed regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein.

According to Sunstein, global climate change is primarily the fault of U.S. environmental behavior and can, therefore, be used as a mechanism to redistribute the country's wealth.

The argument bears striking resemblance to comments made by Obama's former environmental adviser, Van Jones. WND reported Jones used a major environmental convention to argue for spreading America's wealth.

Now WND has learned Sunstein made similar, more extensive arguments.

The Obama czar penned a 2007 University of Chicago Law School paper – obtained and reviewed by WND – in which he debated whether America should pay "justice" to the world by entering into a compensation agreement that would be a net financial loss for the U.S.

Sunstein heavily leans on the side of such an agreement, particularly a worldwide carbon tax that would heavily tariff the U.S.

The true, underlying wealth of America is the principles penned into the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution.

A representative government with limited, enumerated powers, the rule of law, federalism and free enterprise are bedrock principles which will make ANY adhering people wealthy, and that quite quickly.

That wealth should be spread far and wide!

‘Bammy’s Czarmy, the gift that keeps giving.

Cass is going to be a doozie, for sure.

I can only hope his tenure is measured in days.

I’ve notice that liberals really like the black and brown people. Can someone explain to me why that is ?

This Sunstein is just another liberal that wants to give stuff to the blacks and browns.

used a major environmental convention to argue for spreading America's wealth.

Argue for it? It's been going on for a long tim now -- $30 billion to Africa (ostensibly to fight AIDS). ..... billions to Palestinian terrorist groups. ....the list is long.

But of course Obama and his band of lunatic czars are looking to up the ante considerably.

Oh good LORD! This man Obama is wacked in the head!
Guess I’m a RACIST.

One question Cass...when will we the humble serfs know when the wealth has been evenly given to forgive us of our past sins upon mankind??????? Perhaps a crust of bread for our starving children.....

1. They want pets but it’s too much trouble to have human pets that live with you (or in your neighborhood...)

2. They get to feel superior and holier-than-thou (than us) by having so much compasssssion for the less fortunate, than mean conservatives

3. They get to feel superior to the poor, ignorant, and according to NPR, criminal class minorities as they sit on their exalted seats doling out goodies to the little outstretched hands.

4. Vote buying.

Not sure in what order.

Sunstein should go both because he’s dangerous and because the senate was stupid enough to confirm him. A staffer for Collins gave a blubbering defense last night to Collins’ yes vote and about all he could come up with was that the vote was strongly in his favor. Sorry, just because a bunch of senators voted for him doesn’t provide cover for a bad vote by someone who is supposedly concerned about the czars (as Collins states).

I firmly believe that we are at war with these communist bastards. At this point in time I foresee the only options we have are 1) Fight these evil forces with whatever means needed or 2) Succumb to their agenda and watch our country slide into a third-world dictatorship.

If Obama and his cohorts want to redistribute our wealth, let them lead the way by redistributing their wealth first and then come and talk to us.
