The families of these Marines need to take Obama to court, prove to that he is or is not eligible to be the CIC. If he is not he needs to be tried for murder.
If I was one of the survivors, I'd consider locating the guy on the other end of that radio and invite him out for a drink, so we could talk this over, maybe hash out some differences...
