At a small health care briefing put on by several House Republicans, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) argued that the president had lost momentum on health care reform because Americans didnt trust him when he talked about it.
What hes trying to do is boost up the Democrats, said Bachmann. The people arent listening to him the way that they did before. They were hanging on his every word [before].
Last week, said Bachmann, was the first time I felt like we were going to win this thing. I sensed it when the president was in Minnesota. There were a lot of sycophants in that hall. There were not a lot of true believers in that hall. Republicans were winning over skeptics when they brought reality-based medicine into the discussion.
Bachmann, who said last week that Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.) spoke the truth about illegal immigrants and health care, cited Wilson again when he criticized the White Houses response to the 9/12 march on Washington.
Probably one of the best lines last week, she said, apart from the one that we heard on the house floor, would have been last Friday, when the press asked Robert Gibbs what the White House thought about the Tea Parties on Saturday. I thought it was fascinating. The response was, the White House wasnt aware of any events on Saturday. And I thought, could there be a more out of touch, politically tone-deaf response than to say we have no idea more than a million people are going to come to our fair city?

Not one bit of "change" when it comes to shafting Americans who work to earn their living. When it comes to taking from the taxpayer to pay off the billionaire fat-cats, George W. Bush was little league compared to Barak Obama. When it comes to spending money like a drunken sailor, Barak Obama drinks and spends George W. Bush under the table. When it comes to kissing up to lobbyists, Barak Obama mops the lobby floor with George W. Bush.
Well. The WeeWee’dPants still trust him too.
Go Michele!!
Trust is the key word she is right there. Folks do not trust the Pres, nor their Representatives, nor the government in general. They give us no reason to it is just that simple. We might even turn the House and Senate over and still have the same problem sad to say. It might take two cycles for them to get the message. 4 million on the Capitol lawn in Sept next year one would hope they would get the message. However methinks they are a little thick up there.
Michelle Bachmann+Sarah Palin=two chicks who have more balls then most of the men in the GOP. We need more like them fighting for what is right. LOVE Michelle Bachmann, SHE ROCKS!
This woman is a true gift to the cause. Never stumbles around trying to say what she thinks we want to hear. Straight from the heart conservative, positive values. At least there are two between her and Wilson.
I love Michelle Bachmann. She is awesome.
Joe Wilson-Bachmann 2012 (not a slight to Sarah)

Parasites!
He haughtily pushes foward with his often mesmerizing speeches which lack the substance behind the words.
He’s like a salesman who pushes a product he knows very little about but relies on the charisma of personality to get the deal closed. Any American believing/buying his snake oil rhetoric is truly a chump!

I love it!!! Michelle Bachmann drives the demoRATs & liberals & left wing media into apocolyptic fits of rage!!! That grinding sound you hear is the knashing of demoRATs teeth as they spew forth hatred at Michelle or Sarah Palin or Joe Wilson, who expose their evil plans & deeds.
.
A Palin-Bachmann ticket in 2012 would be fun. It probably is not the ideal ticket and almost surely wont happen, but it would be fun. I expect something like Palin-Romney or Palin-Palenty.
Why not Bachman-Wilson.
Bachman-Wilson, Palin-Wilson, Wilson-Palin, Palin-Bachman, Bachman-Palin. All are good choices.
True: only the hard core Obamabots are left in his court.
Bachman-Palin Overdrive.
