It’s like OSHA, whatever was safe yesterday, isn’t today, and will only become unsafer as time goes on.
It’s a plague on modern society. Every regulation only gets stiffer. Look at the pools that yesterday had diving boards, that don’t today. The depth that was safe decades ago, isn’t anymore. It’s the amount of bodily growing that human beings do today that is so much more than yesterday!! We are so much taller as a race.
