Gee, ya think? I guess they have to go the "allege" route in public, but it is time for the authorities to come down HARD on this crap. If they don't they'll be complaining about "vigilantes".
If the victim ‘dissed’ Obama on the bus, he could be the one charge with the hate crime and we would need to understand real and perceived injustices that led these peaceful children into acting out in a socially inappropriate way.
