Folks, let’s keep in mind this is not a “black” problem. It’s a “goobermint = daddy” problem.
It’s a problem wherever you have “single parent families” where a young “mom” got knocked up by a sperm donor, and continued to spew out kids while she collected welfare checks and lay around watching soaps and getting high.
Bastardy + worthless “mother” + no discipline + no role models + neighborhood gangs = disasters like we see here.
Young monsters who’ll either end up in prison or dead.
Color need not enter into it.
