Are people whom are arrested for possession of drugs guilty of a crime or not? Certainly they feel that the law is in just. They may have been caught red handed and anybody who may know them. May know that they're addicts whom willfully disobey the law of the lands.

Are you saying that you don't believe in presumed innocence and a trial before a jury of one's peers?

Dane, why do you hate the United States and it's constitution?

I'm saying that's she's already had her trial and she was found in violation. Her punishment has been assigned. She is now attempting to appeal the decision or lessen the punishment levied against her. But it doesn't change the fact that her first trial found her to be in blatant disregard as to the terms of her stay.

The particular case does not afford her a jury of her peers, but she has been given due process and continues to game the system in order to change the outcome of her fate.

This is amazing isn’t it? Being deported is a punishment and filing an appeal is gaming the system. ROTFLOL Have you ever encountered such a twisted view of our legal system? It’s like Dane isn’t an American.
