the argument reminds me of dealing with a 4 year old:

parent:”You can either VOTE FOR HITLER OR STALIN”

child: “I want to VOTE FOR SOMEONE ELSE”

parent: “Your choice is VOTING FOR EITHER HITLER OR STALIN, NOT VOTING FOR SOMEONE ELSE”
